Account Deletion
How to request deletion, what is erased, and when the active-system purge completes.
1. Delete in the app
The fastest path is inside the ShyAI Android app. Sign in, open Profile, choose Privacy and account, then choose Delete account. Confirm the action with the requested password or re-authentication step.
Account deletion is available even if you do not accept a new policy version, refuse advertising consent, or have exhausted the reply quota.
2. Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot open or sign in to the app, send a request from the email address registered to the ShyAI account. Include the account email, but do not send your password, verification code, chat text, or identity document unless support specifically explains why additional verification is required.
Email an account deletion request
Requests go to support@dublikmax.helioho.st. ShyAI may ask you to verify control of the account email before acting, to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
3. What deletion does
- anonymizes account identity and makes the original email reusable;
- revokes active and refresh sessions;
- removes one-time tokens, blocks, consent records, and generated data exports;
- blanks owned character prompts, conversation messages, and free-form report details;
- tombstones avatar media and schedules physical object deletion; and
- records a limited deletion tombstone so a restored backup cannot resurrect erased data.
This action is intended to be permanent. Export any information you want to keep before confirming deletion.
4. Timing and limited exceptions
Access is revoked as the deletion transaction completes. Deleted personal content is purged from active systems within 7 days. Avatar removal jobs retry safely if a storage provider is temporarily unavailable.
ShyAI may keep the minimum audit, security, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, or transaction evidence required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These limited records do not restore the account or deleted content to the active service.
