Community Standards

1. One boundary across the service

These standards apply to public characters, avatars, names, prompts, private conversations, generated replies, reports, appeals, and account conduct. ShyAI is for adults aged 18 or older, but the age gate does not permit prohibited content.

Public content receives automated screening and human approval before publication. Chat input and output receives an automated first pass. Reports, appeals, public publication, and durable enforcement receive human review.

2. Sexual safety and consent

Sexual content involving minors

Any sexualization, grooming, exploitative depiction, or roleplay involving a real or fictional person presented as under 18 is prohibited. Ambiguous age in a sexual context is treated as under 18 until resolved. This content is blocked and escalated where legally required.

Non-consensual sexual content

Sexual violence, coercion, intoxication or incapacity used to defeat consent, blackmail, and intimate-image abuse are prohibited.

Adult sexual content

Explicit pornographic content and sexual services are outside the Google Play MVP. Non-explicit romance between clearly consenting adults may be allowed. Repeated attempts to disguise explicit or non-consensual content are safety-control evasion.

3. Harm, exploitation, and wrongdoing

Self-harm

Encouragement, instructions, glorification, or coercion are prohibited. Supportive, recovery-oriented, non-graphic discussion may be allowed. Credible imminent harm receives urgent review; ShyAI does not promise that a character can provide emergency intervention.

Illegal activity

Instructions or facilitation for serious wrongdoing, trafficking, exploitation, weapons harm, credential theft, malware, evasion, or regulated contraband are prohibited. High-level prevention, news, or fictional discussion without actionable assistance may be allowed.

Exploitation and trafficking

Sexual exploitation, trafficking, extortion, and recruitment for abuse are prohibited and receive immediate restriction and escalation as applicable.

4. People, identity, and privacy

Harassment and hate

Targeted threats, stalking, doxxing, sustained degradation, or attacks and dehumanization based on protected traits are prohibited. Non-targeted fictional conflict that does not promote real-world hate may be allowed.

Violence

Graphic glorification, credible threats, and instructions that enable real harm are prohibited. Non-graphic fictional violence may be allowed.

Impersonation and deception

Deceptive impersonation of a real person, false official affiliation, fraud, and identity misuse are prohibited. Clearly labeled parody or fiction that is not deceptive may be allowed.

Privacy violations

Doxxing, credentials, financial or medical identifiers, intimate data, and personal data shared without authority are prohibited. Do not use ShyAI to investigate, expose, or track another person.

5. Platform integrity

Spam, bulk solicitation, scams, malicious links, coordinated abuse, automated scraping, and manipulation of discovery or reports are prohibited. So are attempts to bypass moderation, age, quota, identity, reporting, operator, or technical security controls.

Good-faith security research must use an approved disclosure channel and must not access other users’ data, degrade the service, or exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.

6. Decisions and consequences

• Allow: private content can proceed; public approval remains provisional and subject to later reports.
• Block: prohibited content is not published or delivered as user-visible generated output.
• Review or quarantine: uncertain public content remains unavailable until a human decides.
• Account action: repeated or severe abuse can lead to feature limits, content removal, suspension, or termination.
• Emergency escalation: credible imminent harm, suspected child sexual abuse material, or another legally reportable emergency is immediately restricted and handled under an approved evidence process.

Reviewers use the minimum necessary evidence, record a reason and policy version, and prefer reversible action where it controls risk. Public content, reports, appeals, and enforcement are targeted for human review within 24 hours. A policy ambiguity is resolved conservatively and logged.

7. Report and appeal

Report a public character from its in-app detail screen. Reports are ad-free, receive a reference, and do not reveal the reporter’s identity to the creator. If an enforcement notice offers an appeal, submit it through the app or email support@dublikmax.helioho.st with the account email and case reference. Someone other than the original reviewer handles an appeal when staffing permits.

8. Updates

The version above identifies the current user-facing standards. If the underlying content rules materially change, ShyAI updates the policy version, provides notice, and requests renewed acceptance where required. A later policy never silently weakens the safety controls described here.
